Owned & bred by Margaret
She restarted her show career with some success. She won the Post Graduate class at the Northumbrian Poodle Club championship show in Oct 2005 under breed specialist Leslie Howarth. Her coat colour began to change to blue, and so we decided to cut her out into Continental clip for the 2006 season.
She has registered wins in the Post Graduate Class at Midland Cts Open in February, the Scottish KC in May, and at Southern Counties in June. Frank Kane at Leeds show awarded her 3rd place in Limit on 22nd July 2006. She had further success at Northumbria PC in October when 3 weeks pregnant to Wilson.
On 3rd Nov 2006, she produced a super litter, by Wilson, of 3 bitches and 3 dogs, all black except for a white dog. The three dogs have each gone to pet homes and we expect that the three bitches will be shown in the UK. They are all of an 'in your face', bold temperament, well built and good coats- a litter to be proud of!!
We decided to retire her from showing in early May 2007, she became a much loved pet and house dog. However in October 2008 we decided to rehome her with an old friend, the Moores of Preston. They had had two of our pups for many years who had passed on and were looking for s new Standard that would fit in with their retired lifestyle. Vicky is very contented and the centre of their attention, and has settled into her new home.
